今日は実りの多い日でした。

軸ということについて今まで以上に深く考えるように

なりました。

ある技術を早く自分のものにし、トレイルランにとりいれて

快適に楽しく山を駆け巡りたいです。

today' running : 4.7 miles (47:40)

I ran same route of yesterday. But the condition of trail was so

much fun! than yesterday. The rain was not so heavy, far from that

I prefer this condition to heavy wind.

Slippy, muddy were welcome.

Tomorrow's weather forecast is for rain. O.K. I will go out for running.
