１月なのに外は３月頃の陽気です。
個人的にはこんな日が春まで続いてくれると
助かるのですが・・・
しかし今日はあちこち動きすぎて疲れました。
明日授業あるのでもう寝ます。
today's running: 9.02 miles (1:33)
I enjoyed running on the trail.
Because I ran 4 times short loop in Mt. Inari.
It was kind of interval. It took 8:50 to 9 minutes to run per loop.
Plus I chose just a little bit long loop . It was fun... mainly there were
many downhills. Tomorrow will be not running. so sad.
