寒い。本当に冬らしくなってきました。
雪が降ったり、霙が降ったりと外へは出ずに
コタツの中で猫のように蹲って寝ています。

Today was off...To tell the truth,
I really wanted to go for running in the mountain.
Really cold, snow, muddy, dirty and so on.......
I like very bad condition of trail..cause I could try to
find my mentality....But my left calf and shin were
not smiling today. I decided to not playing in the mountain
just in case.
