朝から鼻水が止まらず、ティッシュが手放せない。

おかげで鼻がトナカイのように赤くなっている。

今日は早く寝よう･･･

I really hate running on the road or asphalt.....

I love the dirt.

I have not run on the road for a long time.

But today I ran bike path along the Koto river.

I do not know why I ran on the road.

Besides I used trail running shoes.

I felt so bad and was tired of doing the same work on the road.

To make matters worse, my left sucks IT band was not so good.

After all I back to mountain.
